Science Summary

The Relaxation Room exercise uses established and accepted relaxation techniques to relax and manage stress and worry. These include deep slow breathing, and progressive muscle relaxation. It was co-developed in conjunction with Ultrasis Interactive Healthcare, a leader in evidence-based digital wellness solutions.
